HSMAI Executive T.H.I.N.K. – Consumer Electronics Show 2018
T.H.I.N.K. is Travel & Hospitality Innovation, Networking & Knowledge
Hotel company Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Sales Officers, Chief Revenue Officers and Chief Digital Officers know how important it is to understand the implications of new technologies as they relate to consumer behavior, especially the behaviors of traveling consumers.
To foster those insights, HSMAI has partnered with the Consumer Technology Association to produce a private curated tour for hospitality executives at the 2018 International CES –a vibrant event that annually brings the global technology community together to assess, connect, and transact. CES features more than 3,600 exhibitors from around the world unveiling the latest products and services across the full spectrum of consumer technologies.
Attendees of the HSMAI curated tour will have the unique opportunity to meet with targeted exhibitors who have been identified for their innovation and implications for hospitality and travel. A senior economist from the Consumer Electronics Association will brief the HSMAI attendees and escort us through the CES exhibitor halls to showcase and introduce us to key leaders from exhibiting companies. The senior economist will also share insights about the most newsworthy technologies introduced at this year’s show.
New in 2018 is a full day at C Space at CES. C Space is the CES experience for creative communicators, brand marketers, advertising agencies, digital publishers and social networks. It tells the story of how content, creativity, technology and influencers come together to discover new ways to elevate their industry, business and brand.
Here is a recap of the implications identified by participants in the 2017 Executive THINK at CES program: CES 2017: Beyond the realm of possibility
