You’ll hear from thought leaders on the leading edge, researchers looking at the real results, and practitioners who are living it every day. They will provide the insights and knowledge you need to make decisions about, and maximize, the opportunities in today’s digital travel marketplace.

Keynote – The Changing Face of the Digital Marketplace: Entrée or a selection of small plates?
Mark Snyder, Founder & Principal, Concepts in Excellence
Does the digital marketplace seem like a restaurant menu with too many options to choose from? Afraid of having "food envy" once you have placed your order? The hospitality and travel experience is arguably one of the richest emotional territories in the digital landscape today. Yet by and large the hotel category is still leveraging the on-line space as a rational transactional method to sell room nights to disinterested consumers. Mark will help you sort your options, and provide actionable solutions for transforming traditional web based hospitality marketing efforts into meaningful digital engagement by creating a clear case for change with the innovative use and investment of social media marketing, digital and mobile applications. You'll learn from specific examples, how to create, manage and optimize cost effective digital strategies that drive revenues and engagement in the world's new "connection economy".
