Travel Documents Required
For entry into Canada, all travelers must have a valid passport. Check to see if you need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). eTA's are mandatory for visa-exempt foreign nationals traveling to Canada by air (not by land or sea.) Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travelers with a valid Canadian visa. Visit the Government of Canada’s official website for new information on entry regulations. If you need an international invitation letter, contact Hart at email@example.com or +1.703.506.2025.
For qualified ROC registrants, HITEC will provide one complimentary, non-transferable registration which entitles the recipient to three days of the exposition, access to exhibitor tutorials, TechTalks, and the HITEC keynote sessions. Comp registrations are only available to qualified hotel buyers and cannot be used by suppliers or vendors, consultants, nor personnel, dealers, distributors, subsidiaries, investors, partners/associates or family members of exhibiting companies. HSMAI will automatically register all qualified registrants directly with HITEC. Your contact information will be provided to HFTP, the host of HITEC, for the purpose of communicating with you about your registration. If you prefer to NOT be registered for the complimentary exhibit hall pass, please notify Mandie Hart at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received three weeks prior to the conference will receive a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received between three and one week out are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received within one week will not be refunded, except in the case of a medical emergency. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
