HSMAI Network
The HSMAI Network is an online community of hospitality sales and marketing professionals with exclusive resources developed by HSMAI’s Special Interest Groups. Certifications
- The CHSC (Certified in Hospitality Sales Competencies) designation indicates that you are a professional who has attained an expertise in your career, increasing your value to your employers, maximizing your confidence, and improving the industry by raising performance standards, practices, and ethics.
- The CHME (Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive) designation is earned by those professionals who have effectively demonstrated the credibility, knowledge, expertise and confidence that has become increasingly necessary in today's fast-moving and ever-changing hospitality industry.
- The CHBA (Certified in Hospitality Business Acumen) is a new professional certification with pre-qualification requirements including experience in the industry and completion of two training courses offered by HSMAI University and Lynn University, “Managing Business Results” and “Managing Revenue.

About the HDOSM Special Interest Group
Founded in 2005, the HDOSM SIG provides information, leadership development, and a variety of other resources specifically relevant to hotel directors of sales and marketing, to sales staff who aspire to one day be directors of sales and marketing, and to other industry professionals interested in developments within hotel sales.
The SIG accomplishes this through a wide range of information sharing, networking and educational opportunities.
