
The HSMAI Foundation
The HSMAI Foundation was established in 1983 to serve as the research and educational arm of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, and is now part of the HSMAI Global organization. Its mission has evolved to improving the body of knowledge available to hospitality sales and marketing executives through information.

In addition, the Foundation provides scholarships to students in university-based hospitality programs whose focus of study is sales and marketing. eConnect, a one-stop portal to global information and resources on hospitality sales and marketing topics, is a service provided by the HSMAI Foundation through its Research Partnership program, to create a repository for information on and research into today’s most important industry issues.
