HSMAI brings meeting planners and suppliers together through HSMAI's Affordable Meetings® events.
HSMAI's Affordable Meetings ® is a unique, FREE trade show and conference for cost-conscious meeting planners, which takes place annually in three locations across the country. Attendees are full-time, part-time and volunteer meeting planners from organizations of every type and size including, associations, corporations, government, military, religious, reunions, incentives, social, ethnic, special events, sports and educational groups. Exhibitors are hotels, inns and resorts, university conference centers, unique meeting sites, convention and visitor bureaus, transportation companies, software companies, audiovisual companies, destination management companies and other meeting and convention suppliers.
