Focus on the Customer Part # 3: Digital Marketing and The Use of Digital Tools

With the lion's share of time and budget going into digital marketing, what tools are working? What new tools are emerging? And what devices are consumers traveling with so you can communicate with them live? The panel of experts will present a range of digital techniques--some tried-and-true and some brand new and innovative. No one wants to be behind the curve, but the complexity of a resort operation does not always lend itself to the risks of early adoption. The panel will convey what is working well, what is growing at the intersection of social, traditional online and offline, and what they anticipate in the future as the online environment evolves.
